Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Tidal Catch gear. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Returns (Change of Mind)
Under UK Consumer Law, you have the right to cancel your order or return an item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Postage: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the item is faulty). We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in the post.

Process: To initiate a return, please email us at sales@tidalcatch.co.uk with your Order Number. We will provide you with the correct return address.
Please Note: Do not send returns to the address on the shipping label (this is our printing facility and they cannot process customer returns). Always contact us first.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
We pride ourselves on quality, but sometimes errors happen. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

No Need to Return: In most cases, you do not need to return the faulty item.

What to Do: Email us at sales@tidalcatch.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.

Required Evidence: Please attach clear photos of the fault/damage and your order number.

Resolution: We will send you a replacement free of charge or offer a full refund immediately.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
